A Note From Our Founder
Why we do what we do
We started this company in 2002 with a raw passion for solving problems and helping people accomplish things with technology that they couldn't do on their own.
It's still crystal clear in my memory helping our first customer establish a secure connection between their offices that allowed them to stop carrying a bunch of files between locations. It seems simple now, but this was a real challenge for them. The excitement I felt solving that was met by the excitement of the customer who said "this feels like magic."
I truly loved the time working closely with clients to help them achieve their goals. As we started to grow, I could see that my role needed to shift. I became a caretaker for the team in such a way that they could continue that excitement of caring for a client with challenges.
Today we're a team of 50 people serving hundreds of organizations across San Diego and beyond. Every single day I'm reminded how fortunate we are. Fortunate to have teammates who genuinely care about the work. Fortunate to have partners who trust us with their businesses. I don't take any of it for granted.
The IT, Cloud, Cyber, and AI landscapes keep changing. Some people find that exhausting. We find it energizing. Learning new things and figuring out how to apply them for our clients is still one of the best parts of the job.
