How this is calculated
Every figure comes from what you enter; the calculator adds no averages or estimates of its own. Productivity cost is employees affected, times loaded cost per employee per hour, times hours down. Revenue lost is the revenue that stops per hour, times hours down. Total per outage adds productivity cost, revenue lost and your recovery cost. Yearly total is the total per outage times outages per year. Cost of one hour of downtime is the total per outage divided by hours down, so it includes a share of the recovery cost.
