What We Do

How We Help Manufacturers

IT services built for operations where downtime is not an option.

Operational Technology Security

The line between IT and OT is disappearing. We protect both, keeping production systems secure without disrupting the operations that depend on them.

  • OT/IT convergence security strategy
  • Network segmentation for production systems
  • Threat monitoring across operational environments

Production System Reliability

Downtime on the floor costs real money. We monitor and maintain your systems proactively so production stays on schedule.

  • Proactive monitoring and maintenance
  • Fast response to system issues
  • Uptime planning for critical production systems

Infrastructure Modernization

Aging infrastructure creates both security vulnerabilities and operational bottlenecks. We help you modernize on a timeline and budget that works.

  • Phased technology upgrade planning
  • Network infrastructure design and implementation
  • Server and system modernization

Supply Chain Data Protection

Your manufacturing data, supplier relationships, and customer information are valuable targets. We protect them with security built for how manufacturers operate.

  • Supply chain data encryption and access controls
  • Secure file sharing with partners and suppliers
  • Threat detection for manufacturing environments

Where the Risk Is

The Seam Nobody Decided to Create

For a long time the plant floor and the office ran on separate networks, and that separation was never a security decision. It was just how the equipment shipped. Then a controller needed a firmware update, a builder wanted remote support, and the ERP needed live production counts. One connection at a time the two networks became one, and no single person ever signed off on it.

That matters because the two sides are maintained on opposite clocks. Office hardware moves on a refresh cycle. A press or a CNC cell does not. It runs until it stops paying, on the operating system it was validated with, and the builder will often withdraw support if you patch it. So the least patchable devices in the building end up sitting closest to the thing that makes money.

The practical consequence is usually not a data breach. It is a stoppage. When the office side goes dark, the only question that matters on the floor is whether tomorrow's shift can run, and most plants have never tested the answer.

guardIT

The line between the two networks: segmentation, monitoring that reads plant floor traffic rather than only office traffic, and control over how and when a builder connects to your equipment.

manageIT

The daily work that keeps that line true: knowing every device on the floor network, individual accounts instead of a shared shift login, patching what can take a patch, and proving the backups by restoring one.

cloudIT

Where production data goes once it leaves the floor: ERP and MES integration built to survive an outage on either side, and offsite copies of the programs and recipes you cannot recreate from memory.

If you also hold defense work, the same plant floor questions arrive with CUI attached. Our defense contracting page covers that side.
