This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit centrexIT.com (the “Site”), contact us, submit information through the Site, use Site features, or otherwise interact with us in connection with our business.
This Privacy Policy primarily addresses information that centrexIT collects for its own website and business purposes. It does not replace or modify agreements governing information that we process on behalf of customers while providing managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, support, or related services.

1. Information We Collect
We may collect personal information in several ways.
Information You Provide
Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

- Email address
- Telephone number
- Company name and job title
- Business information, such as company size, industry, and service needs
- Messages, questions, feedback, and other information you submit
- Chat messages and communications
- Information submitted through forms or support features
- Files, images, screenshots, or other content you choose to upload or submit
- Information you provide when requesting information, assessments, support, or services
Please do not submit passwords, authentication credentials, Social Security numbers, financial account information, protected health information, or other sensitive or confidential information through general website forms, chat, feedback tools, or uploads unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel.

When you use the Site, we and service providers supporting the Site may automatically collect information such as:

2. Website Forms, Chat, AI, and Feedback Features
The Site includes interactive features that may involve third-party technology providers.
Forms
Information that you intentionally submit through website forms may be transmitted to HubSpot or other systems that we use to receive, route, manage, and respond to inquiries.
Submission of a form is separate from your analytics or marketing cookie preferences. Rejecting analytics or marketing cookies does not prevent information that you intentionally submit through a form from being transmitted to the service providers used to process that submission.
Chat
The Site may provide chat functionality using Microsoft services, including Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies. Information you enter into the chat may be transmitted to and processed through Microsoft systems in order to provide the chat functionality.
AI-Enabled Features
Certain Site or internal workflow features may use artificial intelligence services, including services provided by OpenAI, to process, improve, summarize, categorize, or otherwise assist with information submitted through the Site.
Feedback, Screenshots, and Uploads
The Site may allow you to submit feedback, files, images, or screenshots. Some features may allow you to capture an image of content displayed in your browser.
Feedback information may be transmitted to systems used by centrexIT to review and manage website issues, including GitHub.
Screenshots or files may contain information visible on your screen at the time they are created. You should review submitted content and avoid including sensitive or confidential information that is not necessary for your request.
Third-party providers supporting these functions process information in accordance with their applicable agreements with centrexIT and their own legal obligations.

We may use personal information to:

centrexIT does not sell personal information in exchange for monetary consideration.
5. Information We Process for Customers
As a managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and technology services provider, centrexIT may access or process information on behalf of customers in connection with services that we provide to them.
In those situations, the applicable customer generally determines the purposes for which the information is processed, and centrexIT handles that information subject to the applicable customer agreement, contractual requirements, and applicable law.
This Privacy Policy does not expand or replace those contractual arrangements.
If you have a privacy-related request concerning information maintained by one of our customers, you should generally direct your request to that customer.
Where applicable, centrexIT may assist customers with privacy-related requests in accordance with applicable contractual and legal requirements.
7. Online Tracking and Do Not Track Disclosure
Some third-party analytics and marketing technologies may collect information regarding your browser, device, or interactions with the Site.
When these technologies are enabled, their providers may be able to collect or associate information regarding your activities over time and across different websites or online services.
Do Not Track
Some web browsers can transmit a “Do Not Track” or “DNT” signal.
The Site does not currently respond specifically to browser DNT signals.
The Site instead provides the cookie choices described in this Privacy Policy for certain analytics and marketing technologies.
Other Browser-Based Signals
The Site does not currently use browser privacy signals as a general replacement for the Site’s cookie preference controls.
Privacy rights associated with particular browser-based preference signals may depend on the applicable law and the circumstances.
8. Marketing Communications
We may send marketing or informational communications as permitted by applicable law.
You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe or preference-management link included in the communication or by contacting us at privacy@centrexit.com.
Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from sending transactional, administrative, security, support, or service-related communications where appropriate.
9. Retention
We retain personal information for periods reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Factors affecting retention may include:
- The nature of the information
- The reason it was collected
- The duration of our relationship with you or your organization
- Operational and security requirements
- Contractual requirements
- Accounting and tax requirements
- Legal and regulatory requirements
- Dispute-resolution and recordkeeping needs
Information submitted through forms, chat, feedback, support, or similar features may remain in the systems used to process and manage those interactions for an appropriate business or legal retention period.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, aggregate, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with our practices and applicable requirements.

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
The safeguards used may vary depending on the nature of the information, the systems involved, and the circumstances.
No website, network, electronic communication, storage method, or information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information.

Depending on your interaction with us, you may be able to:

- Ask us to update business contact information that you previously provided directly to us

Where a particular privacy law applies to centrexIT and to a request, we will address the request as required by applicable law.

12. California Online Privacy Disclosures
California law requires operators of certain commercial websites and online services to provide information regarding their online privacy practices.
Categories of Information
The categories of personally identifiable information that we may collect through the Site are described in Section 1.
The categories of third parties with whom information may be disclosed are described in Section 4.
Reviewing or Updating Information
If you would like to request an update to personal information that you previously provided directly to centrexIT through the Site or through a business communication, you may contact us at privacy@centrexit.com.
Whether information can be reviewed, corrected, updated, or deleted will depend on the nature of the information, the circumstances, and applicable requirements.
Online Tracking
Our practices regarding cookies, third-party tracking, and browser Do Not Track signals are described in Sections 6 and 7.
Third parties may collect information concerning your activities over time and across different websites or online services when their applicable analytics or marketing technologies are enabled.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Our process for notifying users of material changes to this Privacy Policy is described in Section 15.
This California section describes our online privacy practices and is not intended to state that any particular California privacy statute applies to centrexIT where that statute would not otherwise apply.
13. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 through the Site.
If we become aware that personal information has been collected through the Site from a child under 13 in circumstances requiring action under applicable law, we will take appropriate steps.
If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us through the Site, please contact privacy@centrexit.com.

The Site may contain links to websites, applications, platforms, or services operated by third parties.
centrexIT does not control the privacy or security practices of those third parties, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to their websites or services.
We encourage you to review the privacy information provided by third parties before providing information to them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business, Site, technology, services, privacy practices, or applicable requirements.
When we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised version on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the policy.
If a change materially affects our privacy practices, we may provide additional notice where appropriate or required by law.
