SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to text messages sent by Centrex Data Corporation, doing business as centrexIT (“centrexIT,” “we,” or “us”), through the program described below.

Program description

centrexIT SMS sends text messages from centrexIT team members to clients and prospects. These include replies to inquiries, sales conversations, client communications, and service notifications such as support ticket updates and scheduling. Messages may come from an individual centrexIT team member's mobile number.

How you opt in

You receive text messages from centrexIT only if you have agreed to receive them in one of these ways:

• Clients: by signing a centrexIT service agreement or onboarding document that includes consent to receive text messages.
• Website visitors and prospects: by giving your mobile number on a centrexIT website form and checking the box agreeing to receive text messages. The box is not checked by default.
• Anyone: by texting a centrexIT team member first, which allows that team member to reply.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any centrexIT service. We do not send text messages to purchased or rented contact lists.

Help and opt-out

Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

You can also opt out by replying END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or STOPALL. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming your request, and no further messages will be sent unless you rejoin. To rejoin, reply START.

Delivery

Messages may be delivered as SMS, MMS, or RCS depending on your device and carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number

By participating, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number or are authorized to use it. Please let us know if your mobile number changes or is no longer assigned to you, so that we do not send messages to the wrong person.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See the Text Messaging (SMS) section of our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
