Customer Service / Technical Support

We are currently seeking a new team member for our customer service group. We operate a fast paced, rapidly growing company with opportunities for personal and professional advancement in a fun working environment.

We are looking for someone that is reliable, punctual and dedicated to customer service.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following abilities-

  • Possess strong customer service skills
  • Enjoy communicating over the phone
  • Excellent document and keyboard skills
  • Communicate in a clear and understandable manner
  • Listen attentively
  • Behave with a high standard of professionalism
  • Be punctual and maintain consistent attendance
  • Function well in a team
  • Handle multiple priorities effectively

The position includes the following responsibilities-

  • Answer inbound phone calls to our Help Desk
  • Monitor inbound emails and ticket submissions
  • Create service tickets and determine the appropriate response
  • Escalate service tickets for the appropriate technician
  • Communicate with clients to provide status/updates

This position is full-time (M-F/8-5) with minimal after hours or weekend work.

Desired attributes: Previous Customer Service or Help Desk experience, BA/BS degree, an interest in computers and office technology.
